Open your "Settings" on IOS device then tap on "General".

Vpn profile

Find "VPN" and tap on it.

Add vpn profile

Tap on "Add VPN Connection.."

Choose protocol and config

Select "IKEv2" as Type, for London: "lon.veripn.com", San Francisco: "sfo.veripn.com" in "Server" and "Remote ID". You should select "Username" as "User Authentication" then enter your username/password.

Servers in a country or a city are designed as redundant and picks the server which responds better.

Connect

You can now connect to VPN.
